Your tasks:
- Gaining knowledge in placing, compacting and curing of concrete
- Learning skills in cutting, bending and laying of reinforced steel to construct the reinforcement and the formwork
- Building the formwork for foundations, exterior and interior walls and ceilings, skilled installation of reinforcement and concrete
- Professional use of mortar, concrete and stones
- Producing formworks
- Installation of reinforcements
- Completion of the work with new buildings as well as existing buildings
- Setting up the construction sites
- The use of construction machinery and tools including the professional handling
- Getting to know the structure and organization of a construction site
- Learning the regulations for accident prevention and environmental protection

- First general school leaving certificate (in German ESA)
- Good knowledge of German
