1933 – foundation of the construction company Josef Klein GmbH & Co. KG by the master bricklayer Josef Klein
1933 – 1935 the beginning with minor repair works and annexes
1935 the first order to build a single-family home
1935 – 1939 construction of residential homes (right the founder Josef Klein)
1948 Karl-Josef Klein joins the family company as skilled bricklayer and concrete worker.
1951 Hans Klein joins the family company as skilled bricklayer and concrete worker.
1959 Helmut Klein joins the family company as trained business man.
With the first order for more than one million Mark the company developed from a small craft business of regular structure to a medium sized construction company.
Karl Josef, Hans and Helmut Klein replaced Josef Klein as managing directors.
The headquarter of the company moved to the industrial area in Rheidt, new at that time.
The company Klein built its own prefabrication plant where they produce their own prefabricated construction parts for warehouses, industrial buildings and sports halls as well as any kind of façade components.
Affiliation of the department turnkey construction. At that time the company Klein had about 230 employees and implemented a large number of industrial and residential buildings. Part of these major projects was, for example, the Siegburg hospital.
