For more than 90 years the Josef Klein GmbH & Co.KG is a successfully managed family construction company mainly operating in the greater area Cologne-Bonn.
For our customers we work in the following construction fields: Shell construction, turnkey construction, civil engineering, redevelopment and structural renovation.
Your tasks:
- Examining tender documents
- Participation as well as cooperation with customers, planers and partners during the tendering phase and the implementation phase
- Preparation of cost estimates on the basis of key figures of the construction and empirical values
- Calculation of the performance quantities / contractual project specification, calculation base and preparation of service specifications
- Developing specific recommendations and preparing the offer and the cover letter
- After getting the order handover of the calculation to the project team together with the check list, key figures and reference figures
- Supporting the project team until the end of the project
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in architecture or in construction engineering
- Experiences in site supervision of construction works of shell constructions and / or turnkey constructions
- Sufficient knowledge in EDP, in MS-Office and in calculation software and quantity surveying software
- You are customer- and service-oriented, you are able to work in a team and you are characterized by your independent work, your responsibility and your commitment
