In Litauer Street, just a few minutes away from the city center, there were three modern industrial halls constructed with 18 rental units in total. The construction work included the excavation to implement a blinding layer for the foundations, followed by the delivery and alignment of the prefabricated columns. The halls A, B and C were completed end of 2021, so that beginning of 2022 the extension works could be started.

The construction company is using high-quality prefabricated components, including columns and trusses, and is producing tension beams from cast-in-place concrete. Other prefabricated components, such as the interior and exterior walls, are also being installed. Completion of Halls A, B, and C is scheduled for the end of 2021, allowing electrical work to begin in early 2022.

The halls offer a flexible use and are ideal for different trades. The building A covers a floor area of 99,90m x 31,20m and consists of six single halls which can be divided by optional partitions. Building B with a floor area of 39,40m x 30,30m was constructed at the southern property boundary, whereas building C has a floor area of 55,90m x 31,20m. These new buildings are made to meet the requirements of the companies in the region and offer modern standards for an efficient use.
