After having received the building permit the construction of the second extension of the headquarter of the BAD GmbH Health Care in Herbert-Rabius-Strasse had started. The measure included extensive demolition, shoring, earthworks and shell construction works and it will extend the premises significantly.

The new building has a total width of 62 meters, a length of 25 meters and a hight of 17 meters. There is space for offices for the management and also for training and seminars. The shell construction works include the construction of all bearing interior and exterior walls as well as ceilings constructed with reinforced concrete. To make the new building possible a shoring of the construction pits has been installed along the road and part of the existing underground car park has been removed. The new car park will be connected with the existing underground car park so there will be additional parking facilities.

The extension includes a three-floor building with a staggered floor and a single floor underground car park. This measure is an important step for the BAD GmbH Health Care to fulfill the increasing requirements for modern office and training facilities and to improve sustainably the infrastructure of the location Bonn-Beuel.
