Industrial Hall and Administration Building Schumacher, Niederkassel
MW Verwaltungsgesellschaft is pleased to announce the construction of a modern, single-story prefabricated hall and a one- to two-story administration building with a social wing. Both construction projects are intended not only to create functional workspaces but also to contribute to environmental protection through sustainable construction methods and innovative materials. The hall will feature a facade made of sandwich elements and trapezoidal sheet metal cladding, while the administration building is planned to feature extensive and intensive green roofs.
The hall will cover an area of several hundred square meters and provide space for various operational activities. The use of prefabricated construction allows for rapid and cost-effective implementation of the project. The facade, made of sandwich elements, not only provides an attractive appearance but also provides excellent thermal insulation, which contributes to reducing energy costs. The roof is covered with trapezoidal sheeting and a membrane seal, which increases the hall's durability and ease of maintenance.
The adjacent administration building will be built using solid construction and will include both office space and a social wing. The planned green roof will promote biodiversity and improve the surrounding microclimate. The combination of extensive and intensive greening will not only enhance the building's appearance but also make an important contribution to rainwater retention. Completion of both construction projects is scheduled for 2025.
