On behalf of the university hospital Bonn (Universitätsklinikum Bonn UKB) a new training building for the center for dental and oral medicine was constructed in the heart of Bonn. The four-floor extension building with a basement was attached to the existing listed building and offer innovative facilities for the training of the future dentists. With its modern digital laboratories for virtual 3D dental treatment the UKB sets new standards in the dental teaching.

The new building which is connected in the ground floor by a connecting structure with the existing building combines functionality and architectural esthetics. The modern premises are made to offer the student a practical and future oriented training/ studies. By implementing the newest technologies in the field of digital dentistry you can simulate realistic treatment situations which enrich the learning process of the students tremendously.
